Zuckerberg to Trademark the Word "Face"?

Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO and Founder of the Social-Network giant, Facebook, may end up with the rights to  the word "Face".  The efforts to trademarking "face" have already passed the opposition phase, and Neil Friedman[a partner at the law firm Baker and Reynolds] told FoxNews that it looks as if the application will be approved.

If the trademark application did go through, then Facebook would be very lucky.  Though in all honesty i doubt it would, but i have been wrong before.  If it does get accepted then it will affect hundreds of thousands of people with domain names including the word "face", as well as many companies.
